The primary concern with any Listed building is the impact of the work being done while protecting the historical asset, being the house and everything attached. There are strict guidelines to follow while liaising with architects, conservation officers, structural engineers, geologists and historians and more to ensure this was done.

Every procedure in this project was considered as room by room, as we carefully dismantled, which included taking up the flooring, numbering each piece of timber which was returned to its original position afterwards. This same procedure applied to every aspect of the house as we resolved the structural issues throughout the building. Once resolved, each room is reinstated to its original state, and the woodwork finished.
